Cardin - will be celebrating their 100th anniversary in April with Special Services on the 1st and 2nd. Ms. Elizabeth Montgomery a recording artist from Grove, OK. Will be pre-senting a musical program on Saturday, April 1 at 6 pm. Memories will be shared and former Ministers, and the one who has been a member the longest will be recognized. A reception will follow. Sunday morning regular services will begin at 10:50. BGCO will be presenting the Church with a Proclamation of Recognition for the 100 years of Ministry. Fellowship dinner will be served following the morning ser-vice. Geoff Buffalo is pastor.

Colcord - recently hosted a dinner and invited area churches to participate in a fund raising event for “Choices Pregnancy Center of Siloam Springs.” We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the director of the agency as she and oth-ers presented information concerning their work in ultra-sound imaging, counseling, and support for expectant moth-ers and (when available) expectant fathers. Many abortion minded clients have instead decided to give berth. A gener-ous donation was made by those attending to support the great work of “Choices”. FBC will be in revival from March 19 through 23 and beyond if the Lord allows. Bro. Wayne Wall is our evangelist. We anticipate that he will bring chal-lenging messages and that the Holy Spirit will move to ignite a fire of evangelism in Colcord. Pastor is Gary Barker.

Cleora - March 5 the Lord led the church to call Leon Landrum as Bivocational pastor. He has accepted. Cleora is growing with 6 new members, and 1 by baptism. They took a group of children and youth to the Jenks aquarium for an outing and have been having movie nights the last Friday of the month. March 31 "War Room" was shown.

Commerce FBC - welcomes Bro. Steve Patterson (wife Diann) as pastor. His first day on the field will be April 1. The church has been working on remodeling the parsonage and church.

Kansas FBC - held Winter Bible study from February 26 through March 1 taught by brother Larry Moore and had a blessed time, with great attendance. During the spring break the children and youth department's went out in the neighborhood of Kansas and cleaned yards, and raked leaves. After they completed their mission works the Youth department had a fish fry for children and youth for their hard work. On February 25, Kansas FBC youth attended the rock and worship road show in Tulsa Okla. Terry Wof-ford is pastor.

Lake Center - is 'all in' to support community programs to love and protect our children. Recently, liaisons presented members a 'Care Portal' for faith based support of at-risk families, foster & adoption ops; and also Children's Special Advocacy Network to end child sexual abuse awareness & detection. God continues to bless our GIG after-school program with students and workers. Youth will attend the Chris-tian Weekend at Branson in April. Men's & Ladies’ ministries are active with home maintenance/repairs for our senior adults; filling our on-site blessing box; and purses with pur-pose for women in crisis. Many fun trips & events are also planned. Easter celebrations begin Good Friday at 9 am, with Carry the Cross across Monkey Island, thru Worship on Sunday, April 16 at 11 am; and Family Dinner on Wednes-day, April 19, 6:30 pm (GIG until 6:30). Peoria - will be in revival April 9-12. Bro. Wayne Wall will be their evangelist. Service time will be 11 am and 5:30 pm on Sunday, and 7 pm nightly the 10-12th. For more information please call Pastor, Craig Price at 620-304-1568.

Zena - held its first annual widows/widowers banquet on March 5th with 13 in attendance. On the 19th they held their first pastors bible forum with Jason Kleckner as guest as they discussed John 15. On the 26th they took a walk thru the Passover as a teaching to show how it points to Jesus in a powerful way. April 22nd they will have a piano concert with Henry Harris of Anderson, MO. April 23-26 Bro. Wayne Wall will join for a series of meetings (6 pm nightly) praying for revival. Rick Thomas is their pastor.
